American singer, DaniLeigh, tests positive for COVID-19
American singer Danielle Leigh Curiel, stage name DaniLeigh has announced she has COVID-19.
The singer announced this on Monday via Twitter. She also thanked fans for their prayers and advised everyone to wear a mask.
She wrote “My baby and I have COVID, we’re ok and will be ok … appreciate prayers, stay masked up and inside y’all”
DaniLeigh’s music career began when she started making YouTube covers of songs.
She later started dancing as a backup dancer for other artistes and worked with Prince on his music video single “Breakfast Can Wait” where she had her career breakthrough.
The singer eventually got signed to Def Jam Records in 2017. She has worked with other notable artistes like Chris Brown, DaBaby, and Prince.
