Nigerian singer Adewale Mayowa Emmanuel, stage name Mayorkun reveals some of his favourite albums from 2021.
During a Snapchat q&a session, a follower asked what his favourite projects of 2021 are.
The singer’s response reads “Back in office – Mayorkun. Sorry I’m Late – Buju. Made in Lagos – Wizkid. We all alone in this together – Dave. Donna – Kanye West”
Mayorkun is a Nigerian singer, songwriter and pianist who was signed to Davido’s record label DMW, from 2016 to 2021.
The singer has won multiple awards between 2016 and 2019, including the 2019 Headies Award for Best R&B/Pop Album (for his debut studio album The Mayor of Lagos).
