Getting a husband in Nigeria is hard – says Bobrisky, Nigerian cross-dresser

Popular cross-dresser, Idris Okuneye popularly known as Bobrisky has revealed that getting a husband in Nigeria is a bit hard.

Bobrisky is a Nigerian transgender woman and LGBT personality. She is also known for her presence on the social media apps Snapchat and Instagram.

Bobrisky became recognized as being highly controversial on social media for not adhering to ultra-conservative Nigerian standards with a huge following on social media.

She disclosed this while asking a question about whether he would cry or not on his wedding day.

He said, “But wait oh, on my wedding day, will I cry? I think I will, cos to see husband for this country hard small.” He went on to talk about how he’s not in a hurry to get married.

Bobrisky attended both King’s College, Lagos and Okota High School, Lagos for her secondary school education, and studied and graduated with a BSc Accounting from the University of Lagos (UNILAG), Nigeria.
