3 police officers die in auto crash on way to special assignment
Three police officers have been reported dead after their van lost control and crashed into drainage.
NewsWireNGR gathered that the officers were on their way to Kaduna from Abuja for a special assignment before the unfortunate event.
Narrating the sad incident, a witness said, “I was about crossing the road to the other lane when the Police Patrol van on top speed, suddenly lost control and crashed into the drainage divide, leaving three policemen dead.”

Officials of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) and the FCT Emergency Management Agency were later seen evacuating the bodies to an undisclosed hospital.
Confirming the development, the FCT Police Public Relation’s Officer, DSP Josephine Adeh, said that it was a sad development pointing out that she did not have detail’s of the number of casualties involved in the accident.
