Peter Okoye and Paul Okoye, the Psquare brothers, have apologised to their fans for splitting up –

P-Square is a Nigerian music duo consisting of the twin brothers, Peter Okoye and Paul Okoye. They produce and release their albums through Square Records before their controversial split on 25 September 2017.

The duo parted ways in 2017 after a disagreement on the role of Jude Okoye, their older brother, as manager. They apologised before the Livespot X Festival performance, their first show in Nigeria since the reunion.

In tears, the duo knelt to seek forgiveness and performed to a crowd of screaming fans who sang along to their hits.

They ended their nearly five-year feud in November, scheduling a headline concert for December 25.

The concert, titled ‘Reactivated’, became their first headline concert in Nigeria since the infamous split.

The brothers ultimately reconciled publicly on 17th November 2021, when they both hugged and shook hands at Peter Okoye’s home in Lagos. Peter’s wife and the duo’s older brother, Jude Okoye were also present and hugged each other as well.

Spotted at the spirited music event are Tony Elumelu, Kate Henshaw, Linda Ikeji, Jude Okoye, Lola Omotayo, and Ubi Franklin.
