Former Aviation Minister, Femi-Fani Kayode (FFK) has reacted to reports of his arrest by the Economic Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
NewsWireNGR gathered that FFK was arrested by the anti-graft agency over alleged forgery and manipulation of documents.
He however denied being arrested and instead claimed it was “an invitation and friendly chat”.
Fani Kayode without disclosing the details of his “invitation” posted on Facebook, Wednesday, “I pity those that said I was arrested.
“They are filled with hate and live on fake news. Since when did an invitation and a friendly chat become an arrest?
“And even if I had been arrested, SO WHAT? I am not above the law and neither does joining APC give me immunity. My God is MIGHTY!”
