Why EFCC grilled popular socialite, Obi Cubana

A popular socialite and Instagram celebrity, Obi Cubana, was on Monday grilled by the Economic Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) over alleged money laundering and tax fraud.

According to reports, the Anambra businessman arrived at the anti-graft agency’s office at Jabi, Abuja at about noon and was still being interrogated as at 10:30 pm on Monday.

However, there was no official statement from the Commission to confirm the report of him being grilled neither was there any statement from the socialite to deny this.

NewsWireNGR checked his last post on Instagram, it was a video of an event where he was delivering a motivational speech.
