The Economic Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Sunday, grilled a former Senate President, Senator Anyim Pius Anyim.

NewsWireNGR gathered that the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF) during Goodluck Jonathan presidency arrived at the anti-graft agency’s headquarters in Jabi, Abuja, around 3 pm on Sunday.

Although the Commission has not spoken on the matter, reports had it that the ex-senate president invitation may be tied to the corruption and money laundering case involving former Aviation Minister and serving senator, Senator Stella Oduah.

Part of the rehabilitation funds to the tune of N780 million was allegedly traced to a company in which Senator Anyim has an interest.
