EFCC grills Kano ex-gov, Kwankwaso, over N10bn pension fund
The former governor of Kano state, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, on Saturday was grilled by the Economic Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) over N10 billion fund.
The ex-governor according to a report was again invited by the anti-graft agency after a previous invite which he failed to honour.
Although the exact reason for his invite was not disclosed by the Commission, a close associate claimed it would be in connection to the probe of a N10 billion fund.
According to the associate quoted by Vanguard, the former governor mismanaged pension remittances to the tune of N10 billion between 2011 and 2015, to fund a housing project for his cronies.
