Big Brother Naija star, Lilo Aderogba has advised Nigerians against wearing fake designers, saying it is disrespectful to people who wear original.

Taking to her Twitter page on Thursday, the BB Naija star expressed the controversial opinion.

She wrote, “stop wearing fake things, especially shoes, bags and wristwatches. It’s annoying and disrespectful to people who pay a lot for the original.”

The tweet stirred outrage among Twitter users to an extent that ‘Lilo’ was top 5 in Twitter trends.

While some say the country’s high poverty level is why people buy fake designers others slammed Lilo for her opinion.
