Reports say that the deceased, who was married with five children, was riding a motorcycle when he was shot dead on his way back home.
This is coming after the state Security Council held a meeting in Southern Kaduna last week which is now appearing to be fruitless.
Critics have expressed concerns as to why the state governor, Nasir El-Rufai, is lagging in the fight against Fulani terrorists, considering how he ferociously fought cattle rustlers in Northern Kaduna.
