The Vice Chairman Senate Committee on Media and Public Affairs, Ben Murray Bruce says the face off between Senators Oluremi Tinubu and Dino Melaye will soon be resolved.
Senator Murray Bruce says the matter would be handled by the President of the Senate, Bukola Saraki.
He also spoke on the visit of the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria who had briefed the senate on the state of the economy.
Melaye had attcked Tinubu at the senate plenary last week, saying he would beat her up and that nothing would happen.
The situation genarated a social media war, in which Melaye was condemned by his utterances and was consequenty asked to apologise.
Senator Tinubu has however wrote the Nigeria Police Force demanding for protection and security of her life from Melaye.
Series of protest by women group in Lagos and Ondo States were also witnessed to caution Melaye about his excesses against women at the National Assembly.
