The Senate has summoned the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami, over the Senate Rules forgery suit.
The Senate President, Bukola Saraki and his Deputy, Ike Ekweremadu have been dragged to a Federal High Court in Abuja over the forgery.
The summoning of Malami was sequel to a motion sponsored by Senator Dino Melaye (APC, Kogi West) over the forgery suit.
Malami is expected to appear before the Senate within 48 hours.
