Dramatic Day As Court Seals Psquare’s Omole Property In Lagos

It was dramatic as early 6:00am on Friday, February 19, when sheriffs from the Lagos High court and FSARS stormed the Okoye’s residence in Omole with a court order to size the property due to the ongoing allegations against them but as the gateman refused them entry, they forced their way in injuring one of the security guards.

Speaking with eye witnesses at Psquare’s Omole residence Naij.com, gathered that the Okoye brothers Paul, Peter and Jude Okoye were paid over N8m in January, to perform at a show but the music duo failed to turn up. In the midst of all these, Naij.com saw Paul driving out of their Squareville home and returned to house around 11:10am.

Another source revealed that, about 8 to 9 years ago the Psquare brothers were paid about N1m for a show in Benin.

Psquare arrived the venue on the agreed date for the show but unfortunately the show was postponed to the next day and they refused to stay as they returned to Lagos. The organizer of the show demanded for his money but they are yet to refund the money and the case as ever since been taken to court.

Paul Okoye storming out of Squareville On Friday, February 19, heavily armed policemen stormed the Omole phase 1, Ikeja, Lagos home of the famous Nigerian singing sensation, Psquare. While the reason for the police presence could not be ascertained, many disclosed that this occurred due to the ongoing misunderstanding between the Okoye brothers of Peter, Paul and Jude Okoye. Others claimed a client who had paid the singing duo to perform at an event but was disappointed by them came for a refund of his money.

Meanwhile, one of the singing duo, Paul has asked their teeming fan to ignore all the speculations. He said: “Please ignore the rumours that our house is on fire. People sha… GOD forbid, there was a situation in our Neighborhood early dis morning and our attention was needed and my People called me as early as 5:00am. So I had to drive from island to intervene.”

The brothers have been at war among themselves with Peter calling out on their elder brother who doubles as their producer and manager. There have been allegations and counter allegations with Paul taking side with their elder brother Jude. S
