National leadership of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP has described former President Goodluck Jonathan as a quintessential democrat, icon of humility, a remarkable man of peace and extraordinary global citizen.

In a statement on Friday, by its National Publicity Secretary, Chief Olisa Metuh, the PDP while hailing former President Goodluck Jonathan at 58, said, “The Acting Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Prince Uche Secondus, on behalf of the National Executive Committee (NEC) and the PDP family nationwide celebrates a quintessential democrat, icon of humility, a remarkable man of peace and extraordinary global citizen, former President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan (GCFR) as he turns 58 today.
