#FitFam: Kate Henshaw Shares Exciting Work-Out Routine With Fans

At 44, she looks really great and it is definitely not a miracle but a product of hard-work at the gym.

Nollywood screen goddess, Kate Henshaw who appears to be a fitness junkie was kind enough to share snippets of her work out routine with fans on Instagram this bright Monday morning.

She shared some short videos and a brief but yet detailed description of her routine:

Goodmorning great people.. Trust you all slept well..Here is to the start of a new week as the month of July draws to a close. May the Lord perfect His work in us and may His grace abide with us always.. Amen. A lot of my peeps have been asking for my full workout session so here it is for today, Monday: Ok so this morning I woke at 5:30am and went to the gym. I started off with 15mins on the treadmill on a speed of 9.5. After that I went on the cross trainer for 20mins on a glutes workout. Then 50mins workout session with Ovie the Taskmaster beginning with the Deadball leg raises for my Abs for 60secs X 3sets.

 

Next was the Figure 8 crawl and Spider Step Combo. 60secs X 3sets.

She definitely keeps to her fitness routine religiously. Little wonder, she is always looking so healthy and strong.
