British Airways Flight BA307 ‘Declares Mid-Air Emergency’

The British Airways (BA) flight BA307 travelling from Paris to London declared an emergency mid-air, according to reports.

The Airbus A320-232 departed from the Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris at 9.30am this morning and reportedly declared an emergency at 10am while flying over the English Channel, according to The Mirror.

The plane has now landed safely at London Heathrow airport.

A spokesperson for BA told The Independent the plane landed after a “suspected technical problem”.

The spokesperson said: “Our highly trained pilots landed the aircraft safely at Heathrow after a suspected technical problem. Safety and security is always our top priority.”
