West Bromwich Albion striker, Brown Ideye has been enjoying a revival since the turn of the year, after his initial struggles at the Hawthorns. Evidently, the Super Eagles striker has moved up by 51 spots in the English Premier League players’ ranking in one month.

The 26-year-old striker became the Baggies’ record signing when they paid £10m to sign him from Dynamo Kiev, but after he scored only twice in 14 EPL appearances. He was outstanding on Saturday scoring the winner for West Brom in their 1-0 win over Stoke City at the Hawthorns. It was his fourth goal in the EPL and seventh in the season.

Despite his rise, Ideye is still five points behind Liverpool’s underperforming Mario Balotelli and 10 points Tottenham’s Emmanuel Adebayor.

Arsenal’s Alexis Sanchez, Chelsea’s Diego Costa and Tottenham’s Harry Kane, are the top three best strikers in the EPL in that order.
