If you missed the story, Giuliana Rancic criticised Disney actress Zendaya Coleman’s locs to the Oscars on E! Fashion police on Monday,  Rancic said ‘Zendaya looks like she smells of weed.’

Kelly Osbourne, co-host to Giuliana is responding to the firestorm Giuliana sparked with a comment about the Disney star’s Oscar look — which included new dreadlocks.
