Cool FM 96.9 On-Air personality, Shine Begho is set to leave spinsterhood in no distant time as she has gone on Instagram to announce her engagement to her yet-to-be-revealed heartthrob.
She shared the good news with an accompanying photo of her engagement ring. Here’s what a very excited Shine wrote:
