David Moyes Is New Real Sociedad Manager

Spanish side, Real Sociedad on Monday night announced former Everton and Manchester United manager, David Moyes as their new manager. The 51-year-old Scot has signed a one and half year deal to replace Jagoba Arrasate  who was sacked earlier in November

A statement on Sociedad’s website read:

“Real Sociedad have reached an agreement with David Moyes to be the club’s first-team coach until June 30, 2016,”

The former United manager and his backroom staff will be unveiled today (Tuesday)

Moyes will earn about €2m per year making him Sociedad’s highest earning coach however. Sociedad is currently 15th in the La Liga table after managing just nine points from the first eleven games.
