Awkward Moment When Paul Lambert & Roy Keane Snubbed Mourinho

Published

Fans of Jose Mourinho would have noticed he loves to leave the pitch and walk down the tunnel before the game is over especially when his team is winning.

Against Aston Villa on Saturday, his Chelsea side were winning comfortably with a 3-0 lead when the Portuguese decided to walk off the pitch few minutes before full time. He unfortunately decided to shake the hands of Aston Villa manager, Paul Lambert before walking off.

Lambert initially faked a move to shake the Chelsea boss before pointing at his wristwatch to remind Mourinho that the match was not over and refused to shake him. Mourinho then turned his attention to Lambert’s assistant, Roy Keane who totally rejected his offer of an handshake without even looking at the Portuguese.

Do you think it is unprofessional for Mourinho to leave matches before the final whistle? Let’s have your say
