2face And Wizkid Announced As Headliners For Hennessy Artistry 2014

Living music legend, 2face Idibia and arguably Africa’s biggest artiste of his generation, Wizkid have just been announced as the Hennessy Artistry 2014 headliners by the premium cognac brand for this year’s Hennessy Artistry campaign.

According to Wizkid, this year’s Hennessy artistry is going to be explosive and he is appreciative of the fact that he is opportuned to be working with 2face on the project.

“This year is going to be massive! It’s the Hennessy Artistry 2014 and I am privileged to be working with legend, 2Face Idibia. I’m so excited and can’t wait to get into the studio with him”, the C.E.O of Starboy Records said.

According to 2face Idibia, this is a proud moment for him, “I’m proud to be on Hennessy Artistry 2014… Great things this year!”, he said.

The brand manager for Hennessy Nigeria, Lere Awokoya also spoke about this year’s edition of Hennessy artistry and why they opted for 2face and Wizkid:

Supporting acts for this year’s Hennessy artistry club tour will be announced later this month. The Hennessy Artistry 2014 theme song which will be the first ever collaboration between the headliners, 2face and Wizkid will also be released later this month.

2Face and Wizkid will later this month release their first ever collabo track for this year’s Artistry and with the massive excitement for the project.

Following tradition, this year’s supporting acts will also be announced later this month before the club tour kicks off.

Previous Hennessy Artistry headliners include Nneka, Sir Shina Peters, Bez, Dbanj, MI, Naeto C, Banky W, Eldee, Tiwa Savage, Jesse Jagz, and Ice Prince.
