Nigerian singer, Seyi Shay and Tanzanian Innovator, Meck Khalfan are the youths on the cover of the International Youth Day Edition of Y! Africa Magazine. The International Youth Day is being commerated today, August 12 2014.
In 2013, Corporate Council of Africa named Khaflan the Africa Business Leader of the Year. He is the C.E.O of Puku LLC. He also invented the Puku S8 after being held hostage by the Hurricane Sandy in New York.
For Nigerian music lovers, Seyi Shay needs no introduction. She returned to Nigeria after being a member of a group formed by Mathew Knowles (Beyonce’s father). She then returned to Nigeria after being spotted by Sound Sultan and was then groomed by Cecil Hammond of Flytime Entertainment.
