Guus Hiddink Will Guide Orange Boys To Brazil 2014 World Cup

67 years old veteran football coach, Guus Hiddink is set to take over as manager of the Orange boys of Holland ahead of the Brazil 2014 World Cup.

Hiddink has managed Russia and clubs like Chelsea and Real Madrid in the past. He also coached Holland between 1994-1998.

He coached Russuan club, Anzhi Makhachkala until last year. Since then, he has been acting as an adviser at PSV. He now says he has agreed a deal which will see him succeed Louis van Gaal as the coach of Holland.

“I am working with the KNVB [Dutch football association] to create a coaching team around me. We will need a few days or maybe a couple of weeks,” 

“It will be a great team. I will not be a free-wheeling coach. When I do something, I want to do it as well as I can. Otherwise I would not do it,” he told NOS

The likes of Jaap Stam, Ruud van Nistelrooy and Giovanni van Bronckhorst are being earmarked to work with Hiddink
