Brandy & UB 40 Billed For Classic FM’s Valentine Concert

British reggae/pop band, UB 40 and US recording artiste,  Brandy Norwood will be the guest performers at this year’s Classic FM 97.3’s annual Valentine Concert which is set to hold on the 16th of February, 2013.
Last year, a Grammy winning singer, Maxwell was in town for the event.
