LAUTECH Announces Resumption of Academic Activities

The Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso, has officially commenced academic activities at its Iseyin Campus, as announced by the University’s Registrar, Dr. Kayode Ogunleye, in a press release dated October 20, 2023.

As per the announcement, 200-Level students in the College of Agricultural Sciences and Renewable Natural Resources are scheduled to begin their lectures at the Iseyin Campus on Monday, October 23, 2023.

It’s worth noting that the affected students, numbering just above one thousand, had been duly notified in advance regarding the resumption. This proactive approach ensures their preparedness for the transition to the Iseyin Campus.

To assess the readiness of the new campus’s facilities, an inspection visit was conducted by Acting Vice-Chancellor Professor Razaq Olatunde Rom Kalilu, along with Council members, principal officers, members of the Senate, and other officials. This visit also included members of the Committee of Provosts and Deans, as well as representatives of the student body.
