Shehu Sani has said he would have been kidnapped and declared missing under Nasir El-Rufai regime if not for God

Former lawmaker and social critic Senator Shehu Sani has alleged that he would have been kidnapped and declared missing just like Abubakar Dadiyata under former Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai.

In a post via his verified Twitter handle on Friday, Sani claimed it was God who saved his life under the government of Elrufai, which spanned from 2015 to 2023.

He wrote, “I would have been another Dadiyata; this is how The Almighty saved my life under the Government of Mr Elrufai from 2015 to 2023.”

 Dadiyata, a university lecturer and social critic, was declared missing on August 2, 2019.

He went missing when unidentified men seized him from his residence in the Barnawa neighbourhood of Kaduna State.

Dadiyata was also famously known for criticising the ruling political party, APC.
