Audrey co-founded Falcon Petroleum Limited with her husband in 1994 and served as Executive Director, Commercial Operations, with principal accountabilities in the areas of Finance, Business Development, and Commercial Strategy.
As a licensed distributor of natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) in designated distribution zones with current annual revenues of several billions of Naira, Joe-Ezigbo has played a key role in the company’s successful growth from a minor oil service contracting business to a major player in Nigeria’s oil and gas sector.
Falcon Petroleum has grown to become a leading provider of Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC), Pipeline Construction, and Maritime Support services to the Nigerian Oil & Gas industry. Falcon Petroleum is also one of three licensed Local Distribution Companies (LDC’s) operating in Nigeria’s domestic gas sector, with responsibility for the design, development, operation, and management of the Ikorodu Natural Gas pipeline distribution network and supply infrastructure.
