#EndSARSMemorial2: Photos, videos of wounded, traumatised protesters
Today, October 20, 2020, marks the second year after Nigerian youths enmass protested and demanded the disbandment of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS), a special police unit, over the abuse and killing of youths.
Many of the protesters at the time were attacked by security personnel at Lekki tollgate in Lagos. The incident led to many losing their lives and some being wounded. Those who live to tell the tale still remember the feeling like it was yesterday.
