Pastor Tobi Adegboyega is the leader of Salvation Proclaimers Anointed church (SPAC), also known as the NXTION Family.

Tobi was born on the 11th of November 1980 to Pastor and Mrs C.A Adegboyega in Sango, Ibadan

His church has been described as the fastest-growing church in the UK.

Pastor Adegboyega founded his pentecostal ministry, SPAC Nation, in 2008, primarily with youth members. The church takes pride in feeding its flock more than just the gospel but bringing them from the abyss to the pinnacle of life.

The church holds its Sunday services in opulent hotels and Conference suites, giving the impression of a rap concert rather than a traditional church gathering.

Mr Adegboyega stepped down as Lead Pastor of SPAC Nation on May 20, 2020, and was succeeded by Samuel Akokhia and Damy Balogun.

In addition to his ministerial responsibilities, he invested in cryptocurrency and a chain of African food businesses in 2016.

Pastor Adegboyega houses over 20 young homeless black ex-convicts in London. He also has other luxurious apartments throughout London where he provides various aids for vulnerable young people, which his pastors oversee.

Pastor Tobi runs an unconventional church which has been a talk of several controversies.

In a BBC Panorama investigation, Mr Adegboyega and other church leaders were accused of financially exploiting church members.

Panorama spoke with members who accused the church and suggested Adegboyega be held accountable.

SPAC Nation was accused of pressuring youths to sell blood once more in 2019.

Croydon North MP Steve Reed accused his church of financial exploitation and fraud in January 2020, but the police said they would not launch a criminal investigation as of February 2020.

Many allegations of financial misappropriation, fraud, domestic violence, and sexual abuse have been levelled against his church, SPAC Nation, and church pastors.
