‘Please say a prayer’ – Travis Barker’s 16-year-old daughter beg fans who raise concerns over the Kardashian curse

Travis Barker’s daughter Alabama, 16, has shared a photo of the famous drummer in the hospital while asking for ‘prayers’ for her father.

The Blink-182 drummer was taken to a Los Angeles hospital by ambulance on Tuesday, June 28, after suffering from a mysterious medical issue, with his new wife Kourtney Kardashian by his side as he arrived at local facility West Hills.

Doctors at the local facility reportedly deemed his condition serious and he was then transferred to Cedars Sinai Medical Center in an ambulance, while Kourtney, 43, followed behind in her Range Rover.

His teenage daughter posted a since-deleted update on her TikTok page, sharing an image of herself holding her 46-year-old father’s hand while captioning it: ‘Please say a prayer.’

Travis Barker drummer of the famous Blink-182 rock band had been hospitalized in Los Angeles for undisclosed medical issues.

Several media reports confirmed that the 46-year-old Barker was accompanied by his wife, Kourtney Kardashian, at the West Hills Hospital on Tuesday morning. Subsequently, Barker was shifted to the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center at Beverly Boulevard.

Barker had tweeted “God Save Me” on Tuesday evening, though there’s been no word on the medical emergency that led him to the hospital. Travis Barker married Kourtney Kardashian last month. The wedding, which took place in Portofino, Italy, was televised on the Hulu’s The Kardashians reality show.

“God Save Me” is also a song from Machine Gun Kelly’s recent album that Barker produced. The song is about drug addiction, mental issues, fame, and recovery from them. Therefore, it remains unclear whether the tweet was about his health or the song his produced and co-wrote.

In the meantime, fans across social media are already linking the mystery illness to the Kardashian curse.

What Is The Kardashian Curse?

The term is used to describe the bad luck that seems to follow anyone who gets too close to Kourtney, Khloe, and Kim Kardashian. It’s even extended to their half-sisters, Kendall and Kylie Jenner (via Screen Rant). The curse has mostly been said to impact the romantic partners of the women but has also been extended to friends of the famous family as well according to The list.

In 2018, Kylie acknowledged the theory of the “Kardashian Curse” during an interview with GQ. When a reporter for the outlet suggested that the men in the lives of the Kardashian/Jenner women simply couldn’t handle the level of fame that the family has acquired. “But it’s not just men — it’s friends, it’s people who come and just don’t know how to handle it. It’s the negative,” she continued. “There’s a lot of people who love us, but there’s also a huge handful of people who don’t like us.”
