Kidnappers of FRSC official demands N50m ransom in Enugu

An officer of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Emeason Chima, attached to the Ugbokolo unit, has reportedly been abducted in Enugu state.

The accident according to reports happened on Saturday near Maduka University in Nsukka, Enugu State. The kidnappers have demanded a staggering N50 million ransom for his release.

Chima was driving alone in his Toyota saloon car when he was attacked and abducted.

The kidnappers contacted the Ugbokolo unit commander, Emmanuel Al-Hassan, using Chima’s phone to make the ransom demand.
