As far as I am concerned, no court judgement sacked me — CRSHA Speaker
The speaker of Cross River State House of Assembly (CRSHA), Rt Hon Eteng Jonah Williams, has claimed he’s unaware of a court order sacking him along with 17 other members of the House and two members of the House of Representatives.
NewsWireNGR earlier reported that a Federal High Court, Abuja, declared the seats of 20 lawmakers from Cross River vacant over their defection from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to All Progressives Congress (APC).
Reacting to the news report, Williams said; “As far I’m concerned and as far I know, I am not aware of any court judgement sacking me or any member of the CRSHA, because we have not been served any order as we speak,” he said.
