Breaking: Governor Bello Wins At The Supreme Court

The Supreme Court has just dismissed James Faleke’s Appeal challenging the election of Yahaya Bello as Governor of Kogi State.

Satisfied that there is no merit in this appeal, hereby unanimously agreed to dismiss Peoples Democratic Party’s Wada-Awoniyi, James Faleke, ADC and Labour party as they lack merit.

The seven-man panel headed by Justice Sylvester Ngwata affirmed the election after listening to the closing statements of all the counsel.

Reason shall be given 30th September, 2016.
