PDP Cancels Ward Congresses In Cross River, Oyo & Lagos States

Repeat Congresses for Electing 3 Ad-Hoc Ward Delegates in
Cross River, Oyo & Lagos States

Following Complaints in the conduct of the 3 Ad-Hoc Delegates’ Congresses of November 1 in Cross River, Oyo and Lagos States, the National Working Committee (NWC) at its meeting of Thursday, November 20, 2014 nullified the results of Congresses in those states.

Consequently, the NWC has approved that repeat Ward Congresses be conducted in the aforementioned states on Monday, November 24, 2014.
