‘Molly and Cannabis’: Why we arrested Zinoleesky, Mohbad — NDLEA
The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has arrested two singers signed to Naira Marley’s record label.
The singers who were arrested in a viral video on Thursday include Oniyide Azeez stage name Zinoleesky, and Ilerioluwa Oladimeji stage name Mohbad; along with three of their friends.
Commenting on the development, Director of Media and Advocacy of NDLEA, Femi Babafemi, said the singers were caught with illicit drugs.
Confirming their arrests, Babafemi said; ”Yes, they have been arrested because we had reliable information that they were in possession of drugs. We moved in on them and recovered drugs. That is why five of them were arrested; three males and two females.

“When their house was searched we found in their possession molly and cannabis. The investigation is still ongoing but we have to trace where they are getting these substances from.”
Although there is no official statement from Naira Marley’s record label, the artiste himself had posted “I’m so angry right now” on his Instagram stories.
