Vice President Yemi Osinbajo has returned to Abuja Nigeria’s capital.He arrived Abuja Thursday night, his media aide Laolu Akande said.

President Muhammadu Buhari who has proceeded on a short vacation in the UK announced in a letter to the Senate that Osinbajo will serve as the Acting President while he is away.
Femi Adesina, the presidential spokesman said Buhari will also embark on routine “medical check-ups” during the vacation.
Prior to the sudden presidential announcement, Osinbajo was in Davos, the venue of the World Economic Forum as head of Nigeria’s delegation.
