In Kano, 18-Year-Old Jailed For Stealing N5000

An eighteen-year-old man Gadaffi Abdullahi has been sentenced to six months imprisonment without an option of fine for stealing the sum of five thousand naira.

The magistrate, Aminu Fagge of the Kano magistrate court also sentenced Abdullahi to three months imprisonment but with an option of fine of N10,000 for house trespassing.

The prosecutor, Inspector Yusuf Sale said Abdullahi committed the offence on July 7, at about 4:10am by trespassing and stealing from one Mrs Hasiya Ismail.
