Nigerian Senate Resumes Screening Of Ministerial Nominees

The senate has resumed the screening of the 11 remaining ministerial nominees.

Six nominees are on today’s order paper of the Senate for screening. The Ministerial Screening for today starts with Professor Isaac Foloruinso Adewole.

The ministerial nominee for Osun State, Isaac Adewole, current Vice Chancellor of University of Ibadan was the Independent National Electoral Commission, Resident Electoral Commissioner for Lagos in the last elections.

The nominees listed for screening today are Geoffrey Onyeama, Brigadier Mohammed M. Dan-Ali, , Zainab Shamsuna Ahmed, Professor Isaac Adewole, Pastor Usani Usani Uguru and Abubakar Bwari Bawa and Adewale Folorunsho.

So far, 18 of the nominees have been confirmed, seven screened and 11 are expected to be screened this week.
