Just In: 3 Female Suicide Bombers Have Blown Themselves Up Near Maiduguri, This Follows Yesterday’s Attack

Three more suicide bombers attack in northeast Nigeria according to the BBC.

Three female suicide bombers blew themselves up in a suburb of Maiduguri, north-east Nigeria this morning.

This is in addition to two bomb blasts last night targeting muslim worshippers at the Maiduguri Mosque that left 42 killed and more than 20 injured.

An emergency official told the BBC that they believe the suicide bombers could be between 11 and 15 years old.

He added that the combined death toll from all the explosions is at least 39.

A while ago, the Nigerian Military issued a strongly worded statement stating that the Sovereignty of the Nigerian State is currently being threatened..
