Prostitution Is Not A Crime, It Is A Fundamental Right – Amnesty International

An Amnesty Coalition has pushed for prostitution to be legalized around the world, with the condition that it should be criminalized when it involves “human trafficking for sexual exploitation” and children.

They stated categorically that every adult has 100% ownership and right to her body and what she does with it.

Marie Claire, an international monthly magazine for women, revealed that Amnesty International group has presented its proposal which calls for the ‘decriminalization of sex work’ and intends to ask its delegates to vote for it.

The Coalition Against Trafficking in Women International (CATW) has in this regard, launched a change.org page, asking delegates to vote ‘NO’ to the discrimination against sex workers.

“Voting to kick off officially tomorrow, August 1st, 2015, but we have gathered over 4,500 signatures,” ” CATW added.

An open letter, signed by more than 400 activists, human rights advocates and celebrities which include stars like Anne Hathaway, Lena Durnam, Kate Winslet and Meryl Streep, questions the issue of consent.

“By definition, sex work means that sex workers who are engaging in commercial sex have consented to do so,” the policy reads.

    If Amnesty International is shrouded with ungodliness women’s right to prostitution should be confined to wherever it is accepted for practice where every lifestyle is right over our Creator of heaven and earth. Stop polluting the world with evils.
