In Kano, Assistant Superintendent Of Police Caught Raping 7-year-old

A policeman has been arrested for raping a seven-year-old girl in Brigade quarters of Kano metropolis, Daily Trust gathered yesterday.

Corporal Sani Salisu had the carnal knowledge of the minor on Wednesday inside a kiosk located at Mangoron Mahauta in Brigade quarters.

The spokesperson of the Kano police command, ASP Magaji Musa Majia, confirmed the report in a statement, saying the cop had already been arrested in their effort to flush out bad eggs in the force.

“ The command has arrested a serving member of the force named CPL Sani Salisu for luring and taking advantage of a 7-year old girl inside a kiosk located at Mangoron mahauta Brigade quarters Kano,” he said.

He said the state Commissioner of Police Mr. Ibrahim K. Idris had already directed the immediate transfer of the case to the SCIID for discreet investigation.
