Another Military Helicopter Crashes In Yola, Tension In Adamawa Over B’Haram

Nigerian military helicopter crashed yesterday evening in Yola Adamawa state. Residents say that the helicopter stalled in the sky before crashing to the ground in a ball of fire.

The military helicopter crashed near Modibbo Adama University of Technology according to a source who explained the situation in the state to NewsWireNGR.

Meanwhile tension in Yola as residents panic over rumours terrorists where headed to the capital of Adamawa state last night. “We couldn’t sleep, we head the insurgents were headed our way, we are in a state of war, the disturbing trauma and sperodic gun shots won’t allow even babies sleep” Our source say.

The insurgents said to have been chased from Mubi by hunters, caused havoc in communities they were able to pass through.

No statement has been issued by the Nigerian military authorities about casualty of those that died in the crashed helicopter or the situation in the state after the take over of Mubi.
