Sound Sultan Takes Ownership Of Lagos-Based Basketball Club

Nigerian musician and songwriter, Sound Sultan is now the proprietor of Lagos-based basketball team, The Islanders. He revealed this last Wednesday at Spice Route, Victoria Island, Lagos  when he was hosted at the weekly ‘Industry Night’.

‘As most people are aware, I love basketball and movies a lot. So I decided why not invest in what you love, which is sport and film-making, asides music of course. So I discussed with my family and team, and we drew a strategy and implemented. The result of which you will be seeing very soon.’

Sultan who is also the Chief Executive at Naija Ninja records recently finished the shooting of his comic-movie, Head Gone which will hit the cinemas soon.
