Despite not signing a contract extension yet, Toni Kroos will not be joining Manchester United of England this summer. The Bayern Munich midfielder’s contract ends in June 2015 but Bayern through its chairman, Karl-Heinz Rummenigge have made it clear that the 24 years old won’t leave the German champions at the end of the season.During a scouting trip to Germany in January, Moyes was pictured with Kroos’ agent.
The player also refused to rule out a move to United earlier last month. This is what Kroos said then:
“I have noticed that a lot has been written about it. There’s nothing new. No decision has been made. There’s no agreement,”
“That will stay that way until the summer, then a decision will be made. It’s no secret the Premier League is an interesting league.”
Speaking to reporters on Monday, the club Chairman had this to say about Kroos’ contract situation
“Toni Kroos is sure to play in a Bayern Munich shirt next year as well,”
