Southeast Presidential Candidate Not Allowed In 2015 – T. A. Orji

Any presidential hopeful from the Southeast geopolitical zone dreaming of challenging President Goodluck Jonathan in the 2015 general election would be embarking on a futile venture, the Governor of Abia state, Chief Theodore Orji has said.

He stated this Wednesday when he received a delegation of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Lagos branch who came on a fact finding and courtesy visit to Abia, saying that so long as Jonathan would run for second term he remains “our best bet” and therefore should not be distracted.

The national leadership of Ohanaeze had recently visited known traditional presidential dreamers from the zone to plead with them to shelve their ambition and queue up behind Mr. President in the overall interest of Ndigbo.
